What's a pre-order?

A pre-order item is an item that is due in stock imminently, but hasn't quite reached our warehouse.

Why do you offer pre-orders?

We offer the option to pre-order certain items that are very popular and sell out quickly. This gives you the option to guarantee getting some of our most popular products. 

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Please see each individual product page for information on delivery times. 

For deliveries outside of the UK:

All items will be sent together once the in stock items are ready. If you require the other items sooner, please place two separate orders.
