To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need proof of purchase.
You may return the item within 7 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you for an alternative size or product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.
We do not offer exchanges on items that are made to order, promotional or personalised. If faulty, we will only exchange the faulty item for the exact same product that is deemed faulty.
